The Master Instructor (MI) Preparation is aimed at guiding Staff Instructor toward their next level, working closely alongside our course director to create a plan and achieve all requirements within the planned timeframe, in addition to participate in & audit following scheduled IDCs and gain hands-on experience and firm grasp over the Instructor Development Courses offered by PADI.
Our Master Instructor Preparation is designed to deliver maximum value through leading various roles in the IDCs, participating and leading workshops, taking part of thorough discussion on critique and evaluation.
