The IDC STAFF INSTRUCTOR COURSE is divided into four sections:
ASSESSMENTS
Assessments on you instructorcompetencies by assessing your dive theory knowledge, system standard and procedures level of understanding, diving skills and teaching style you possess for fine tuning and constructive feedback.
DIVING
CONFINED WATER assessments give you the opportunity to reaffirm your teaching style in water and learn additional techniques to ensure comprehensive adaptability of other teaching styles.
WORKSHOPS
Workshops showcase the instructor development courses and your role in each one of them in an exciting way focusing on the psychology of evaluation, as well revealing the opportunity to understands what's waiting for you and show you how to be well prepared for the Course Director Course with PADI.
Auditing IDC or Present AI Workshops
Experience a complete IDC audit by observing all the necessary curriculum sections during the same scheduled IDC, OR choose to present all the components of the Assistant Instructor course on different dates for added flexibility.
